This 50" long and 3" wide leather strap is used for trunk exercises while standing, sitting, and/or lying down. In side-lying, one can perform cranial or caudal rotation of the thoracic and lumbar spine. Similar exercises can be performed sitting or standing. The strap can also be used to unload patient body weight when combined with the lat pulley.
